"Kabu" Sprouts and Becomes a Forest of Complexity - PuniPuni Denki's 2nd Album Gets an Analog Release!

PuniPuni Denki's 2nd album "Kabu" is getting an analog release!
"Kabu" includes "Midnight is China Blue," a collaboration with Kan Sano, the streaming hit "your room," and "Umi wo," arranged by Sara Wakui. The title is a superposition of "kabu" (roots) that nurture life, "kabu" (shares) that share value, and "kabu" (strains) of microorganisms that branch out diversely.
In addition to up-and-coming domestic artists such as Shin Sakiura, Mikeneko Homeless, Yohji Igarashi, Taishi Sato, Keimi Nishino, ESME MORI, and valknee, international artists such as Paul Grant (California), Pikes (Stockholm), and ming (Toronto) participated. This album captures PuniPuni Denki expanding their music as if "kabu" (stocks/sprouts) are sprouting, with pop, chill, jazz, and club sounds intertwined.
The artwork was done by illustrator Isamu Gakiya, and the design by Yusuke Shibata of soda design.

On Saturday, March 21, 2026, a release event, "PuniPuni Denki Shareholders' Meeting 2026 Spring," is scheduled to be held at Shimokitazawa ADRIFT.
