[Reservations Now Open] "Jacks no Kiseki" (1969), the second album released after the breakup of Jacks, the pioneers of Japanese rock, is now available on vinyl for the first time in 30 years since its 1996 LP reissue.

JAXA were a singular band born in Tokyo in the late 60s, possessing an intense originality that was neither folk, GS, jazz, nor new rock. When their first album, "Jacks no Sekai," was released, guitarist Haruo Mizuhashi left the band, and Hiro Tsunoda (now Hiro Tsunoda★) joined as a drummer. However, during the production of this album, Yoshio Hayakawa departed. Of the 11 tracks included, Hayakawa provides vocals on six, while the remainder are handled by the new member, Tsunoda. For the tracks Hayakawa does not appear on, former members Mizuhashi and Kazuhiko Kato contributed, making for an unconventional production; the band had already disbanded by the time this album was released. Despite being made in such chaotic circumstances, the overwhelming worldview of tracks like "Datenshi Rock," "Hana ga Saite," "Roll Over Yuranosuke," and "Teki wa Tookuni" continues to deliver a fresh shock even today. After leaving JAXA, vocalist Yoshio Hayakawa released the solo album "Kakkoii Koto wa Nante Kakko Warui Ndarou" in 1969, later ran a bookstore, and resumed his musical activities in 1994. First limited press.
