Additional necessary fees other than the product price include:
- Shipping fee: The shipping fee varies depending on the form of the product and also on the destination whether domestic or international. Please check on the screen.
- If the total amount of one purchase is 10,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, shipping is free.
- In the case of payment by bank transfer, a transfer fee will be charged, and in the case of cash-on-delivery, a cash-on-delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery Timeframe:
We will ship the ordered items to your specified location within 1 week of receiving your order.
If you have ordered items with different release dates (stock availability), they will be shipped together once all items are available. For items with pre-orders or longer delivery times due to special, we recommend placing separate orders for items with available stock.
In case of any delay in shipment or if the product is out of stock, we will inform you via email, excluding holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other natural disasters.
For bank transfers: After confirming your payment, we will ship the product 2-3 days later.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Upon receiving your items, please ensure that the products you ordered are correct.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons other than product defects or discrepancies with your order. However, if you receive a defective item or if the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will accept exchanges or returns.
In such cases, please notify us within one week of receiving the product, and we will exchange it for the correct item.
We will cover all shipping costs for the return and resend of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if more than one week has passed since the arrival of the product.
